Surface Mount Filters

Eagle Comtronics offers Surface mount L/C filters with a broad selection of frequencies, topologies and packages. The elements in the filter are lumped (i.e. concentrated over a small area). The inductors are coils of wire wound around cylindrical formers, and the capacitors are parallel plate chips, precision ceramic or simpler portions of substrate material. Packages available include Miniature, which cover the 0.5 to 200 MHz frequency range, as well as Micro miniature, which cover the 30 to 1,000 MHz frequency range. The topologies are offered in highpass, lowpass, bandpass or bandstop designs.

Special design capabilities include, but are not limited to, Bessel, Gaussian, Elliptical, Pseudo-elliptical, Amplitude equalization and custom designs specific to any application or requirement. See descriptions below for desired filter transfer functions types.

Standard packages are available in pin, axial lead, TO-8 or any drop-in type configuration.

Each model can be packaged to withstand most commercial and military environmental stresses including, but not limited to: temperature, humidity, shock, vibration and acceleration
