Manufacturability guidance:

We have designed manufactured several thousand Eagle branded products. Our engineering team is symbiotically connected to our manufacturing department producing an unusual connection between idea/concept and the ability to efficiently produce a desired product in a manufacturing environment.

Machinery: 

Eagle can design and build machinery to automate the assembly of your product or sub assembly.

Manufacturing Oversight:

From a turn-key product to the most basic assembly, you can be confident knowing Eagle Comtronics has a talented engineering team in place. Our unique ability to provide manufacturing oversight and electrical testing ensures our quality standards remain world class.

Eagle Comtronics has a number of in-house testing capabilities. Our thermal cycling, and humidity testing area is comprised of over a half dozen chamber environment. Eagle maintains in excess of 100 individual electronic analyzers to address a wide range of test applications. Eagle has an on site calibration facility to ensure timely calibration of our testing equipment.

Logistics:

Eagle Comtronics has significant warehousing and logistics capabilities. Eagle can receive multiple items from any number of vendors on your behalf, repackage as a kit for a final assembly or complete an assembly and ship to multiple destinations.

With over 25,000 square feet of un-used warehousing space available, managing diversified package sizes presents very little challenge. Eagle owns additional unimproved land to accommodate warehouse or facility expansion.

Eagle is able to secure customer materials and inventory where required.
