At Eagle Comtronics, necessity is the genesis of capability. Radio Frequency (RF) manufacturing involves the management, processing, filtration, containment and tuning within a wide range of highly sensitive electronic spectrum. RF product components and cavities must be exactly the same as the prototype since the component properties are designed to shape signal characteristics. Even the slightest deviation from the specification imposes a change in the signal structure. To achieve consistent tolerances Eagle obtained in-house CNC machines to build components to tolerances outsourcing simply could not provide in a affordable manner.
